Growth can be quiet, steady, and still incredibly powerful
— Kadesha Clark Evans, DNP, PMHNP-BC

I have over 9 years of experience in behavioral health and 14 years in nursing, working across various settings including outpatient care, integrative health, and culturally affirming practices.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with diverse adult populations navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions, with a special focus on women’s mental health. My experiences—both professionally and personally—have shaped me into a provider who values connection, collaboration, and individualized care.

I understand that mental health is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Hi, I’m Kadesha, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I’m a mom of two and a passionate mental health provider who understands firsthand how challenging life transitions can be. My goal is to always offer compassionate, supportive care that truly meets people where they are.

Why Kadesha?

  • Women’s mental health (including postpartum and perinatal mood disorders)

  • Anxiety disorders

  • ADHD in adults

  • Depression and mood disorders

  • Life transitions and stress management

  • Integrative and holistic mental health approaches

Specialities

My approach to care is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual. I integrate medication management with therapeutic techniques to support deeper understanding and long-term change—not just symptom relief.

When prescribing, I take a conservative and evidence-based approach, carefully considering each patient’s history, lifestyle, and goals. I also incorporate holistic strategies such as sleep optimization, nutrition, movement, and stress management, helping patients build sustainable tools that support their overall well-being.

My goal is to work alongside you to find a treatment plan that feels effective, realistic, and aligned with your life.
